■ Key Information
Our facility employs a two-step entry system. To enter the building from the parking lot, a smart lock is used. You can check in easily by entering a 4-digit passcode, which will be sent to you via email one week before your check-in date. Please ensure that you provide an email address where you can receive this information. After entering the building, you will need to unlock the push-button lock to access the living room and bedroom. This passcode will also be sent to you one week before your check-in date, so please check your email for this information. If the reservation is made by someone other than the guest, please forward all reservation-related emails to the guest.

■ Payment
Only pre-payment via online methods is accepted. Cash payments are not available. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us via email for assistance.

■ Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking. However, an outdoor smoking area (with an ashtray) is provided.

■ Prohibited Activities
To avoid disturbing our neighbors, please refrain from loud conversations, music, or any other loud noises, especially during nighttime and early morning hours. Additionally, pets are not allowed in Building A.
